To Whom It May Concern,
How can we stop BP from using the oil dispersant chemicals now! Marine biologists are stating that the oil spill dispersant chemicals are upsetting the balance of the oxygen in the waters of the Gulf; besides contaminating all our seafood by this human made environment catastrophe. The fish are distressed and flaccid. Plus, the hurricanes are going to bring all the oil and dispersant chemicals on land. This is going to destroy our agriculture (farmers’ earnings). Our citrus groves and the like (orchards) will be ruined, as also other damages that I state in my public letter here…
The Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill – AN EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT
We need to give our legislative body, U.S. Representatives, our undesired attention about how we feel about their procrastinating posture around this devastating environmental oil spill issue in the Gulf of Mexico. Please forward my letter via email and/or print out my letter and hand deliver my letter to each and every U.S. Representative. My letter here expresses my emotion; and can radiate some bright lights on this oil spill. Plus, I have included links for you to go for update information. AND also contained herein (below) is my June 14, 2010 letter to Chairman Edward J. Markey of the Energy & Environment Subcommittee.
The U.S.A needs to hire people to fix this environmental ruin and start the serious clean up – TWO TRILLION DOLLARS APPROPRIATIONS FOR EMERGENCY CLEAN UP! AND collect the two trillion dollars from BP now. This clean up will be on-going for many years.
It’s hurricane season. If the hurricanes raise havoc this year and bring oil and oil dispersant chemicals on land. This is going to affect our agriculture (our farmers’ earnings). This might damage the healthy environment of our properties. BP is liable.
Our government is standing around longwinded yakking with their pants down around their ankles while millions of barrels of oil flood our waters! AND some of these demented individuals are still promoting offshore drilling. They lack any sense of the future consequence of their actions. They are liable too. To protect our earth from these dirty oily villains, we must vote them out.
I admire people like James Fox and Marine Biologist, Dr. Carl Safina of which is the President of Blue Ocean Institute, Stony Brook University for their reporting of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Review this video:
AND also this video (a native to the area):
AND also these videos (BP is incinerating turtles on the extinction list and other marine life in the oil):
AND also this video; of which you will never stop the news coverage of this disaster; technology will not permit it. So tell BP to get their surfboard out and hang-ten in the oily Gulf of Mexico!:
If these videos do not affect you. You must be insensitive (born dumb). The oil and dispersant chemicals is landing on our beaches and wildlife sanctuaries. The oil and dispersant chemicals is entering into our tributaries. All marine life are being affected. All seafood is contaminated. Human health near and around this oily madness should be a concern.
Anyone that thinks that the Gulf of Mexico waters and land can be cleaned up is dreaming! You would need at least a million boats with water filter machines to even partially clean up the waters of this devastation. AND to clean up the destroyed saturated land affected; you are going to have to remove all the beach sand and replace it with new beach sand; and you might even have to remove some of this sand that is part of water covered areas; AND all the other land areas affected by this oil spill; you are going to have to remove all that toxic soil and replace these areas with clean soil. You better have a lot of clean soil fill dirt sites (pits) available to you with a lot of heavy machinery and dump trucks! AND you had better have a huge dump that is lined to put this contaminated soil in; a very thick lined dump so that there is no seeping of this oil and the oil spill dispersant chemicals waste (soil) that could end up into your drinking water.
Plus, you are dealing with the oil spill dispersant chemicals. So an idea of mine to help improve the waters in and around the Gulf of Mexico that you might want to include in your efforts; is to use large diameter (with 2” inch mesh size) fishing nets; and fill these fishing nets with an equal amount mixture of:
5” INCH CHUNKS OF LIMESTONE
5” INCH CHUNKS OF COAL
CATTLE MINERAL SALT BLOCKS IN ONE SQ. FT. SIZES (the very large size and they have to be the mineral type)
…AND drop these fishing nets deep into the water and drag this material all around the Gulf waters. This mixture should improve the water environment for the marine life.
All of us must come together and push our government employees to fix this oil spill lunacy now -- (whether these government employees are elected, appointed or hired). We have a competent NAVY! The NAVY can fix the oil flow coming out of that broken oil well pipe with my idea describe in my letter to Ed Markey; and control and collect the oil flowing out of that broken oil well; and flow it through a hose into oil tankers. AND/OR shut this oil well down with the help of the Russians. We have lots of Americans (many hands make light work) with unique technology contributions. But we need funds to pay for this clean up …and lots of resources (one major item high on the list is that we need MANY OIL TANKERS).
Greedy BP is done playing around. Give BP the boot now! AND draft a two trillion dollar statement to BP for monies due to the U.S.A for all the environmental damages they caused; and for the damages they caused to our economy (many have lost their businesses and/or lost customers); and the damages they are causing to the real-estate values along the Gulf of Mexico; and for any other damages they caused to the immediate health to individuals affected now; and any future individual health issues related to this oil spill and dispersant chemicals; and collect from BP the two trillion dollars now; before BP moves all their assets into another corporation and/or in-cumbers their assets to try to save themselves. BP is already balking at some of the monetary claims. This reflex by BP should warn us! AND we may have to add more costs on to this two trillion dollar figure in the future. This clean up is a huge undertaking; and is going to cost us big time! After we do the crucial clean up we will have to stock the Gulf of Mexico ocean with healthy marine life in the future to bring back the seafood industry.
It is very apparent that the U.S.A. does not need foreign oil. AND that greedy BP wants that oil; and is making every effort of buying time to drill two relief wells (or more) to extract that oil.
Also, nature and/or God made oil to float on top of the water to save the marine life living in our oceans. By the U.S.A. allowing BP to use oil spill dispersant chemicals to hide the amount of oil spilling into the Gulf; (of which is making the oil sink just below the surface of the water and to float anywhere the sea currents take it); creates a very toxic environment for our marine life.
AND let me put these questions to you. Why does our elected always use a tax scam against an industry for some nonsense excuse (like this oil spill for example)? Don’t these elected realize that these businesses in this oil and gas industry are only going to pass this tax on to the consumer at the gas pump and their other products? Expect gas at the pump to increase to $8.00 a gallon! AND expect a cost increase domino effect (an increase in the cost of living overall)!
The best way to stop any future oil spill problems is to stop offshore drilling around the world, period!
Please go to Oceana North America
and sign the petition to stop offshore drilling.
Enjoy my letter to Ed Markey:
June 14, 2010
To: Chairman Edward J. Markey of the Energy & Environment Subcommittee
Re: The meeting thereof.
Thank you. Dig your heels in and demand them;
Rex Tillerson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ExxonMobil
John Watson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chevron Corporation
James Mulva, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ConocoPhillips
Lamar McKay, President and Chairman, BP America, Inc.
Marvin Odum, President, Shell Oil Company
to give you doable solutions on how to fix the oil pipe. This is an emergency situation! I understand BP is refusing the help from the Russians. The Russians are experienced with these matters. Maybe the well is strong enough to be blown up by the Russians.
I hope that you can draw together momentum to shut down offshore drilling internationally. Push this issue at the United Nations.
Oil Spill Fix and other goodies from my mind.
My letter herein is what I have been sending out to people in our government, BP, environmental groups and news blogs etc. We need to start a massive email protest and a human barrage movement. They are pussy-footin’ around this issue like tomorrow is just another day! What is going on in the Gulf of Mexico is disgusting. It is criminal. My thoughts are expressed herein:
GULF OF MEXICO DEEPWATER HORIZON OIL SPILL ACCIDENT -- MY INTUITIVE SCENARIO: Halliburton – they are the contractor behind the defective blow-out preventer (BOP), etc., etc. besides the numerous technology contractors you would think…
When the crew was changing drilling bits, the rubber from the defective blow-out preventer was attached to the drilling bit when the crew brought the bit up for the change. There are stories going around that this rubber was seen floating in the ocean. So someone would have had to thrown this blow-out preventer rubber into the ocean (it’s a thought). The drilling crew should have stopped all operations; and BP, Halliburton and whomever should have changed the defective blow-out preventer.
Also, I want to add to this intuitive scenario – this blow-out preventer was rated for 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure. If someone was going to drill a deep hole into the earth; would not that person want to cover their greedy fanny in case they mis-judged the pressure? The blow-out preventer should have been rated to handle 25000lbs per sq. inch pressure or more. Also I have questions – is the drill bit stuck in the area of the blow-out preventer? Of which might cause the blow-out preventer from working and able to cut through that massive object. If so then, the shaft is also in this location of the pipe. Can the cranes grab the bit’s shaft and pull the bit out of the pipe and then try to get the blow-out preventer to work?
On top of the blow-preventer you have OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism --
I believe that’s what BP’s yellow leaky containment box with the large number 4 on it, is sitting on; that you see all the oil ejaculating from underneath. There might have been three of these OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanisms located in different sections of the riser. The one we see on top of the blow-out preventer near the seafloor; and two others along the length of the riser pipe. AND there was at least three locations in the riser that oil was leaking out before BP cut the riser off at the OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism area of the pipe. There is a lot of oil that has not been determined in the overall oil spillage calculation.
I believe the pipe measurement is 21 inches in diameter; and the pressure is high. But it is anyone’s guess how high the pressure is; since we are on the outside of BP’s goings-on around this oil spill fix. So I am going to take a guess that it is 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure.
Question -- was the oil well drilling CHRISTMAS TREE a single bore-hole model or a dual bore-hole model? -- http://www.encapgroup.com/drilling/
The CHRISTMAS TREE allows them to control the flow of oil from the well.
Are we going to expect leaking from underground in another location because of weakness’ in the seafloor? The media should be on site (on ship) documenting for us.
Question -- are our government employees on the oil spill site (on ship) taking logs on the activity of oil that is being collected; and any other activity around the fixing of this oil spill? We should be, whether BP likes it or not! Let’s not take BP’s word for it.
Example: If an arson intentionally set a building on fire; would we ask this arson to put the fire out? Of course not! Then why are we giving BP free rein on this oil spill fix without our people looking over their shoulder?
Does our government have honest employees that visit each and every oil and gas well daily (whether on land or offshore) documenting the total amounts of oil and/or gas collected to calculate the total; for our royalties; and to inspect the plumbing; that there is not an underground line redirecting some of the oil so as it is not calculated into the total; AND to check any unsafe activity that might lead to an environmental industrial accident. AND to check the offshore rigs; we must have our own subsea cameras to check for oil leaks, etc.
CHRISTINA M. VAHLSING -- IDEAS FOR FIXING THE GULF OIL SPILL – TO BP AND TO ANYONE THAT CAN BE CREATIVE TO FIX THIS MESS; of which I have already sent my ideas to BP and to our government employees a while ago (along with a angry piece of my mind).
You can create a rubber hose riser with tank; a vertical pipe line (pumping system) off of the broken blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism if you so choose; AND a non leaking system; unlike that yellow junk rig BP has got now. But you have to use a 60” inch diameter rubber hose as your main hose (they come in a length up to 50 ft. maximum each). You will have to make a decision on the length that you would like (that easily can be handled). But, at least 2000 ft. length (to create a large tank); with a smaller diameter rubber hose coupled to it to reach the surface of the ocean (to the ship). You want to create a large tank between the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism and the surface of the ocean for the oil to pass through; and for the oil to push up against its own heavy fluid.
You will need to purchase a rubber heating hose that is one inch or two inches in diameter (this hose must be able to heat up throughout the total length of the hose from the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism to the surface of the ocean (to the ship); let’s say the length of this rubber hose to be a mile and a half long; or shorter (more than the total length of the main hose). If there is not a manufacture for this heating hose system; then you can purchase a mile and a half long heating string to shove down this one inch to two inch rubber hose with a weight on the end of the heating string so it slides to the end of this rubber hose when it is in a vertical position in the ocean before you attach the 60” inch diameter rubber hose to the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism’s lip area. You will be shoving this one inch to two inches in diameter rubber heating hose into the main 60” inch diameter rubber hose; including any hose that is coupled to this 60” inch diameter rubber hose that acts as the main riser leading to the surface of the ocean (to the ship). You will have to make an opening in the main large hose for this one inch or two inches in diameter heating hose with the heating string to pass through tightly (no leaks) on the main hose at surface (on ship). You will be attaching the heating string to electricity and this heating hose to an air compressor (on the ship). This heating hose is going to create warm bubbles down near the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism inside the main 60” inch diameter rubber hose. This heating hose is also going to keep the main large hose warm while oil gets pumped to the surface of the ocean.
You will need to purchase a vacuum pumping system; hook it up to the main hose. You will want to prime this main hose (create a sucking of the sea water) as you slip it over the OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism pipe area. I am using the 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure or more coming out of the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism. But you should still consider a vacuum pumping system to force feed the oil tankers and to balance your load as the oil travels through the main large hose tank and into the oil tankers.
The main hose will have a 21 inch coupling (or larger) on the bottom that can be directly slipped over the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism’s lip area with a clamp or a belt system; and fastened tightly. Or you can wrap an air compressed rubber-band around it and pull the cord like as to inflate a rubber life boat as a clamp. The rubber of the hose that is clamped down over the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism’s lip area must be steel belted (beefed –up) in this area; as you don’t want the cut off pipe area to rub against the rubber hose to break it).
ANOTHER IDEA -- You can choose a better containment system over that yellow leaky box! AND that is you can use a1000 ft. diameter balloon made of nylon, rubber or some other material as the tank for the oil to pass through. You can cover the whole blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism’s lip area with this balloon and clamp it down as like above. The balloon will be very flexible in the ocean and your main hose can be attached very easily. But don’t forget to apply the warm bubbles to this system; even though the balloon’s large area would be difficult to freeze.
THE THIRD IDEA -- You can pump concrete instead of mud and golf balls!
THE FOURTH IDEA -- You can sink an aircraft carrier over it!
THE FIFTH IDEA -- You can stuff the fanatic elected bubble heads in Washington that supports OFFSHORE DRILLING into it! That most certainly would stop the leak; and any future oil leaks. As (maybe) the voters will elect individuals that will stop offshore drilling.
THE SIXTH IDEA -- AND let’s not allow the legal liability games that are being played out over this out-of-control ejaculating oil leak. Put a huge condom over it! Our government is more responsible than BP; because our government allowed offshore drilling in the first place.
THE SEVENTH IDEA -- Call in experience people that will “Tap and Cap” the oil pipe and shut this environmental devastation down. Just do a Google search for “Underwater Oil Well Hot Tapping and Plugging Companies”…I believe TDW Tap and Cap services John Majors -- 832-448-7208 is on the oil spill scene. Call him and ask him what he believes could be the difficulty. Then start making calls to other companies that can create a doable fix. It’s not hard. You have all these companies available to you on the Internet. You just need a large staff of manpower to make all these inquiries.
You also have the NAVY at your beck and call. Review this site: http://www.basicconcepts.com/
AND inquire to our NAVY about how they handled the: THE MISSISSINEWA WRECK SITE (the removal of two million gallons of oil) -- Google search … [PDF] Sum03 - USS Mississinewa ... for story.
THE EIGHTH IDEA -- This oil spill is an emergency situation! I understand BP is refusing the help from the Russians. They are experienced with these matters. Maybe the well (the geological sea bed) is strong enough to be blown up by the Russians. Get them involved.
The greedy psychopaths are killing us! They will let the whole earth be covered in oil before they will give up the extraction of it offshore. The leaky box down over the blow-out preventer is unacceptable! AND this leak should show us all that the U.S.A. does not need foreign oil; and that that gas at the pump should be $.30 a gallon. No crude oil or natural gas should be allowed to leave the U.S.A. Produce the crude oil into a useful product by U.S.A. companies and then sell the manufactured product to the world.
The world wants ELECTROMAGNETIC MOTORS or some other invention that does not use oil or gas; or the electric grid. We want free energy. We want to plug our buildings and cars into these systems and not have to answer to anyone; or have someone sucking on our wallets. AND just think of the enormous industry this could become. I see two billion of these units at $900 each unit sales in the first six months!
AND I will close by saying – Why do individuals get themselves elected and have no creative ideas to fix an emergency event as this oil spill. Just because you can read a book and pass a college exam doesn’t mean you are smart. It just means that you can read a book and pass an exam! AND why do individuals get themselves elected and just go around and have fund raisers and parties while a devastating emergency is taking place? I would have to guess that filling their wallets up with money is more important than the environment.
All offshore drilling should be stopped. This is a high environmental risk.
QUESTIONS -- Are these offshore rigs earthquake safe; and can withstand a big one? Or terrorism? – Of which these crazy psychopaths do not care about the environment. These demented minds around the globe are watching the U.S.A. and the handling of this oil spill. Acknowledging to themselves that the U.S.A is very defenseless on this subject matter. AND puppy love does not work. These individuals have been indoctrinated since childhood. AND are missing an important piece in their mind -- (compassion for human life; and that we are all born free with real individual freedom from the control and abuses of another; and that we all share this beautiful crowded earth together). AND oh boy, is our earth crowded!
ALL OIL WELL DRILLING SHOULD TAKE PLACE ON LAND ONLY.
Our environment is being destroyed day by day while this continues. Who wants to eat any seafood out of our waters when they are polluted with crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals! See sites:
That Gulf of Mexico water is unsafe. It is a joke that New Orleans is promoting seafood festivals; to encourage the ingestion of polluted seafood. Fish and other seafood are swimming through the crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals; and traveling towards areas of water that are cleaner to save themselves. AND this seafood is being caught by the fishermen in areas that the EPA might think are safe. The seafood itself is not safe! The seafood has already been contaminated by the crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals; as this seafood has swam through this nasty toxic stuff already.
Our oceans feed the world. This BP oil spill is an environmental holocaust.
